Just picked one up, $69 is not bad for a 2000PSI one. Lowest price on Amazon ever is $75.

It was $49 in HomeDepot
After I trashed my barely-used leaky one earlier in the thread I looked and there were a bunch available for $50 locally... Hopefully if I bring it inside for winter, this one will last more than one season. Next one will be a high quality one I guess Smilie

Started leaking after the first 1-2 very light uses. They sent me a replacement under warranty, which had the same issue. It continues to cycle the motor to build pressure cause it's constantly losing water. The gun/sprayer is also very cheap construction. The first one already broke and I feel like the replacement one is a nudge away from cracking or falling apart.
Agree..cheap plastic everywhere. Mine started with the wheels binding then hose reel lever came loose finally motor just quit working. And yes the motor cycles all the time since first day due to inability to maintain pressure. 2 years ownership with occasional use.

Been wanting to get a pressure washer, but I suspect it would end up in the garage collecting dust and never get used. The more I read, the more Electric pressure washers sound like a waste of time, and Gas powered is the way to go, but then of course they are more expensive. Hoping to nab one on clearance or heavy discount, someday. If you do want an electric power washer, from what I have read, Ryobi is the brand to go with.

This unit uses a non standard high pressure hose. The fitting is not standard so you can just go buy a replacement house at Lowes or Walmar

Problem is, the one it comes with is really low quality ,if you let it kink even a few times its liable to burst at that point and thus the house is ruined.

They are consistently sold out on the sunjoe website so you cant get a replacement if you're not under warranty. Even folks under warranty have said that Sunjoe says "We are sold out of them and can replace the part when we have more" and then you are out of luck.

DO get the walmart warranty on this. I have a perfectly good unit that I cant use because the hose burst. like WTF, great job on creating more useless trash Sunjoe.

Note the reviews and out of stock status:

Understand that by buying this, you are buying a disposable electric pressure washer that will likely last you a couple uses.

I have to say from my experience, haven't had an issue and I've used it about 6 times now

I have one of these. It works great on trex, where high pressure would be a bad thing. It's so easy my wife can use it! Others have had longevity issues... I can say I've gotten well over $60 value so far. YMMV

It sounds like you get what you pay for. Look for a slightly more expensive model and you will get a better product.

I picked this model up a couple weeks ago at my local Walmart for $79. I've used it to clean our rear patio, garbage cans, and our driveway. I've had absolutely zero problems with it. However, when I am done I drain the hose completely, including the pressure hose, wipe down the machine thoroughly making sure all parts look as new, and store in my garage for now and inside the house when winter comes. It works well. Contrary to popular opinion, this will clean your driveway, albeit a little slower than a much more expensive model. It does exactly what I need it to do and has never given me any problems. I have about 30 hours on it now and it still functions as if it were new. Maybe I got a good one or maybe y'all got lemons, I don't know. I maintain things for a living and I've had no problems with this unit. That being said, most things I own are well passed their expiration date for average uses. I usually break things down once a year and give them a look over and replace and repair as necessary. At the end of summer, I'll tear into this as well and repair or replace items as needed. Just don't want everyone who reads these comments to think that all these washers are horrible. They aren't. Mine isn't. It works great

I had this thing and all it did was leak. Useless -- got rid of it a long time ago. Recently bought the Worx power washer and am very happy with it.

110%, that's why I'm sharing this cautionary tale. Like many slickdealers, I see this brand get pushed to the FP all the time and took the bait. I wouldn't even buy a $10 "Sun Joe" snow broom for my car now. Next pressure washer will be a Ryobi or Karcher.

Leaking where? It must be your hose.

I'm the opposite. I went from 2 failed gas washers to electric and I'll never go back. Less maintenance and near equal performance. The electric is way less of a headache to deal with.
