I think the problem is with the description "trickle charger and maintainer". When people see that they assume it is leave it plugged in during the winter season, unplug it when it's Spring. I had the same thought until I saw the reviews. They are definitely misrepresenting this item.
Ohh I agree. I noticed most of the cheap trickle, ride on toys, and power tool charges, dont turn off when battery is fully charged. I destroyed my sons Peg Perrago battery because of this.
I haven't heard a thing from them. No email's or anything except for the initial email a minute or two after placing it. It requires a login to even check the status of the order and i don't feel like making an account.

I just now got an email. Mine had an order update change to "awaiting shipment."
I had ordered the solar panel. Fully expecting a cancellation. Will be pleasantly surprised if it does ship.
Surprise surprise, and i take back my original post!!.... mine is now awaiting shipment, the one i got completely for free. Pretty surprising. USPS also received a shipment label addressed to me, so i'm guessing it will ship now.

The item page is gone, and it says "awaiting fulfillment " under order details..... hmmmmm.
