According to the fine print, there's a limit of two free items per customer and each free item requires a purchase.

So buy 2 get two free.

Used to be that the system would actually give you the items with extras for free. This sounds like it's charged separately. Anyone use a BOGO recently and know for sure? Is the guac still free on BOGO free items or does it cost??

Every time they do a promo like this, the lines are crazy long and it takes forever to get your food.

Why do they want to encourage in store ordering.. my local chipotle isn't even really encouraging that. Everything is still setup as a pickup area
