Thanks for posting! Yes, I see Walmart [walmart.com] carries it for $1.58, store pickup only (shipping not available in my area). And these clippers are rated an overall 4.5 / 5 stars. But I like this deal as an Amazon S&S "filler" item (and no driving/store pickup required).

I have two pairs of these these. They work great. There were no burs on the metal and after using them dozens of times they are sharp and cut cleanly. They must release some duds too. With Prime it is totally covered if you get a bad set.

So, add it as a "filler" item to get to 5 S&S subscriptions for the month, thereby saving more money on more items. Then cancel the subscription after the clippers ship. It's easy to do.

I actually quite like these nail clippers. I don't know if they've changed quality in years but I lost my pair and tried two expensive pairs from Germany and Japan and I liked these more. Fortunately I found them again

I got the wire cutter budget pick for $8, though I see it's $10 now. Search for Muji Silver Nail Clippers. I was surprised how much of a step up they were from the various revlon ones I've used all my life from target/cvs/etc. I can't justify $25 on nail clippers for the top pick, but I highly, highly recommend the budget pick.
