Right off the bat, and this is a YMMV. I ordered the Ticwatch E3 from Mobvoi's site. Realized I could get it next day on Amazon. So when I went to cancel the order, I sent email to Mobvoi's customer service to cancel the order. They wrote back saying they would give 20% off the new watch. So $160 for a new watch.
I sent the email within two hours of the original order. Good luck.
Btw, the watch is pretty nice. Recommend new bands cause the bands that come with the watch are horrible.
