So I parted this out on pcpartpicker.com and it ends up 1099.74$ not counting gpu. (Assuming 99$ for os) so if gpu is msrp it's then 200 for assembly. So it's not really a "deal". More of an availability if you don't mind the 200$ over building it your self. Not that anyone can find a gpu.
