The B&D20VMax tool line is often dispariaged as a 'starter/baby' tool set but as a homeowner I think it cant be beat. I've aquired 12 B&D Tools for <$300 and they all receive regular use. Having a singular battery system has saved much time and space. If I'm going to build a deck, I'll rent or buy something with a 1/2" chuck for that job. Otherwise, my dopey little B&D drill takes care of literally everything else.
