i think amazon has been getting shady with their promo credits... if you regularly take advantage of the "amazon day" or other slow shipping options without the credit, it starts making the overall order $ threshold to be eligible for the credit higher. ive noticed a lot of fluctuation in who can get the credit and who cannot lately.

amazon;s shipping has become a giant cluster f. used to be anything past 2 days would get you a no questions asked month of free prime. then it was a $5 credit. now its "youll get it when you get it" and if you inquire, an complain that you didnt get something in time, you are told to pound sand.

amazon is realizing more and more, they have a stranglehold on folk who have grown accustomed to ordering from amazon.

There should be an option to change the shipping details. I tried too but didn't see the option for myself.

When I ordered two, I got a "buy more save more" discount and basically got the second one free. Also did get the $1 shipping digital credit. But I do agree with other person's comment, it seems to be hit and miss these days for the shipping credit.

Got my 18 month old papillon one. Very durable but difficult to squeak.

I agree. It's even really hard for me to get slow shipping credits. Probably cause I've been doing the slow shipping credits for like 8 or so years now, when they first give you actual $$ to spend on next sold and ship by Amazon items

I would love to buy this and give it to my stepdaughter's dog, but the first thing he'll do is just tear the arms off of it. Then he'll scatter the fluff all over the house, my house. Now, if I take it to HER house...

In their defense, in my experience, that's how every large company is - as your market share increases, your need to keep customers happy decreases. (Next biggest example would be Google, who started with the motto "Do Good" or "Do No Evil" or whatever, and you can see they've abandoned that philosophy.)

In other news, I did not get any kind of "Buy More Save More" option. But also not buying, due to the aforementioned limbs-being-ripped-off issues.
