I have these and they feel good when they stay up. I have bad knee soreness everyday and they help when I use it for runs and playing basketball. But I do find myself needing to constantly pull them up every few minutes while I'm really active. Not sure if I need a smaller size or that I could even fit a smaller size without cutting my circulation lol.

There's a slow subtle slide as you maintain your activity but it won't be more than half an inch to an inch. The part that's supposed to cover your knee will still be covered

Wore these for a few flag football games and they stayed up. Had to adjust a few times but overall held their position well.

imho, I would go Medium if I was wearing this all day; and maybe small if I needed it for an actual exercise event.

Bought this last year and I'm still using it every now and then. Support could be better but it's still holding up.

It shows that they're made for volleyball. Can they be used for squats?

I bought a size smaller than they recommend and these are great for legs day. My knees have felt much better since I did that sometime last summer. They've held shape/support very well.

Do they stay in place when walking or being active or do they constantly slide down the legs?

I bought these last year when they were on sale and used them earlier this year when I was having knee issues. They worked well. Would recommend.

I tore my acl and have been using these while waiting for surgery. Much more comfortable than a brace. Got these as part of the small biz promo for prime day, so they were more expensive, but it helped me reach the $10 threshold.

They don't stay up. Biggest waste of money ever. Instead of a refund, they just sent me another faulty pair of junk knee sleeve. Maybe if you wear a garter belt they will stay up
