I got a prebuilt inspiron with a 3060ti. It was dell branded but has twin fans. It is fairly quiet and overclocks well for what it's worth.

Not bad. But you're basically going to have to replace the Majority of parts. Power supplies suck in these. You're basically paying $1000 for a 3060.
