This Dell system would be a great fit, for home, office, students, coders, CAD, miners, video editors, graphic designers, and even casual gamers. Pretty much everyone except hardcore PC gamer enthusiast that like to build and maintain their own high-end $2000+ systems.
We have 3 of the G5 systems reviewed in that Gamers Nexus video. Ours have GTX1660 graphics cards, 10400F, 500w PS, 16GB ram, and a clean install of Windows 10. All are performing very well and we have not seen any heat or performance issues. My kids play the newest games on them daily (Doom Eternal, Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Madden, HOI4, ect.) While simultaneously having YouTube open, a couple web pages, and messenger programs. I feel as though the build quality was quite good for the price I paid. I could not be more satisfied with our purchase.
If you are just an normal person (like 98% of the population) that wants to get a good deal on a good PC that will probably never be opened, and the only real maintenance you do is reinstall Windows ever couple of years to clean the system up. Then this system is perfect for you, and will serve you well for many years to come.

Not much bloatware. I haven't purchased a "pre-built" like HP or this Dell and there wasn't too much crap on it. (Crap I forgot to uninstall McAffe)
The CPU was only running at like 1.2ghz even under load until I adjusted settings like power settings and it now boosts to the 4's.
I replaced the stock CPU fan, they gave the smallest intel one they could find. It got hot while running just installing Flight Sim but since I changed it the CPU sits below 70 vs high 80s-90. I bought this [amazon.com]...and it's kinda big but it fits. And seems to work.
I am still running it with ONE stick of RAM so I'm sure it will perform better once I stick two sticks in it.
My current rig is a Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB Ram and a 5600XT 6GB
This performs better for sure.
In Flight Sim, if I tweak settings I can get a great looking 1080p 30fps somewhere between medium-high end. Depends where you are but mostly at 30fps. LAX was like 10FPS at night lol but what can you do there.
I didn't get a big upgrade but I've been wanting to play Half-Life Alyx, Quest 2 VR and Flight Sim without it looking and running like trash and so far this has been far better than what I've currently been on.
I know they (Microsoft) are fixing up Flight Sim so we'll see how that goes. I have stutters on my rig, for some reason in games like REMAKE2 and Death Stranding but this Dell hasn't had any issues so far!

First world problems
last yr deal was better 3060-3080 free machine after sale of gpu
There's not explicit that I could find saying adding RAM would outright void the warranty. The manuals for their computers also come with instructions that tell you how to make modifications, so depends.
You just gotta be able to reverse it back to its original state in my experience with electronics and such.
But it's DELL, so YMMV!
