I got mine 2 years ago for $29. It's been fine and versatile. They do what they say on the box and don't give problems.

Having used this interface for a year; I will tell you that this is not officially supported by windows 10 or Behringer, Their support is awful. I've had to self troubleshoot the mic randomly stop working after a windows update 3 times in the past year and it drives you absolutely batty. Discord especially has play nice issues with this interface. (Quick google will bring up lots of repeating issues)

The headphone jack has a ton of audibly hissing/white noise at over 70% volume.

Direct monitoring works great.

It's hard to say no for 30$ but I will tell you, you get what you pay for. If you end up liking this and using it daily, its 100% worth the extra investment to get a Scarlet Solo in the long run.

I think the newer M-Audio M-Track Solo was rated same or better. It's $50. Has phantom power if you need it. Comes with a lot of beginner software and samples too.

I'm told the UMC22 is significantly better than the UM2 (MIDAS preamp and so forth). This past week my price alert for it started triggering at $50 on amazon. It seems to be going in/out of stock (with amazon seller that is; marketplace sellers have it at $70+).

I own this, it works well, but the drivers are a bit lacking and it drops mic every once in a while for no reason after the most recent windows update. Audio quality is great if you have a good mic for it

Can it be used for streaming audio on you tube. Sometimes, during my streams, I need to accept calls from my phone. Could I plug my main mic to line-in 1 and headphones out from my phone to inst gain 2? Also, will this device's USB get recognized under win10 as Mic so the mixed sound from both sources could go to you tube? Possible or no?

I have used a microphone and the line in on this at the same time and blended them into a single source for use as a Windows input. Although I don't 100% understand if this would meet your needs, I think it might. The problem with a phone might be in using its microphone at the same time that you are getting output from its headphone jack. The phone might think you have a TRRS connector and try to use the microphone off of the headphone jack, which you would not have because you were using this device instead.
