I got scammed too. Just got off chatting with a customer service agent. They will send email a return label so that I can FEDEX the brush head back to them. Luckily, I paid with Paypal so I can also get free return through Paypal.

For what it's worth you can use a window screen to redo the nets once they rip. A lot cheaper than having to replace the whole thing
