I dont eat many other sweet things, and do not drink sodas or juices much... so 12 grams of sugar some mornings probably won't break me..
Plus, I'll have to stop drinking 8 cocktails a day before I should really worry about a few grams of sugar.

But, sugar might be lower on one's "bad life choices" list if they're blasting Monster Energy drinks in the morning

Again, I may be wrong, but I think honey nut cheerios are in the same 12g of sugar per serving group. (Edit: I was wrong. Cheerios is 9g. A small difference, but a difference for sure.)
I personally prefer my almonds as milk in the cereal, or the new extreme with ghost pepper or Carolina reaper seasoning!
