Another thing, the 400 nits panel is a low powered 1 W low powered Panel. So, high chance that even if you use it at say over 60% to 80% brightness, it won't drain the battery compared to normal 400 nits panels.

It seems like a cool idea at first.
I am not certain if there is a setting option for the Numpad 2.0 trackpad to be keep it set to basic layout every time you open it, but DW got annoyed at having to switch it back to basic regularly.
It kept reverting to the fancy layout. She didn't keep it long enough to investigate. Something else was a deal-breaker on her laptop (which was a differently specced model from Costco).
