hmmm...tempting. been looking around and reviews are mixed. Would match the arcade1up cabinet but still seems pricey.

A couple years ago is the key statement here. Arcade1up has created a legitimate collectors market for their stuff and it's in demand. Time to reset your expectations. You could resell this for $100.
The teenage mutant ninja turtle stools were 25 bucks a couple months ago. These are frequently available on Facebook marketplace for $40-$60 in a wide variety of styles.

Having built two of these, I would say they are worth about $40 each. They are neat, but nothing special.

These are uncomfortable as hell. I got the TMNT one on clearance for $17 and even that feels like a ripoff in hindsight.

I actually bought the Boba Fett one last year for my Star Wars cabinet, because I didn't want to pay the $80.

The Plasticolor ones at Home Depot look sturdier to me, but are not adjustable for with/without the riser, and obviously don't match perfectly.
