I couldn't turn it on because it was locked with the last owner's password. Their technicians couldn't have turned it on either, so their thorough check was fraudulent.
85% capacity means absolutely nothing.
Thank you, Captain Obvious.

During the unlimited phase with pixels (non original), you can upload photos and videos (even ones NOT from the pixel), and it won't affect your limit.
I know: I bought an original Pixel (original quality until the phone dies; no deadline) and have transferred and uploaded Nikon DSLR photos and camcorder videos from the pixel to Google photos. Still at 400mb used on the Storage meter.
How do you transfer photos from Nikon to Pixel? Thanks
2. Transfer photos from SD card to computer (or use an SD card reader).
3. Hook up Pixel to computer for FILE VIA USB TRANSFER.
4. Transfer photos/videos from SD card or from computer hard drive to Pixel.
5. (needed?) Set up "backup" permissions from Pixel to Google Photos.
6. Use your PC, log into Google Photos, set up Albums to move uploads to.
NOTE: A little wonky, but to move uploaded photos into Albums, you have to go into the Album and "Select Photos to Add" (upper right (+) button). Would have been better to highlight photos under PHOTOS (main area for uploads) and move or drag to Album, but Google did it nonstandard.
NOTE2: It takes a while for the phone to upload to the site, so be patient, especially for videos.
My teenage daughter has wanted a phone with a great camera for a long time and her current Moto G Power is not gonna make it much longer as she managed to bend it while sitting on it.
So this is an awesome replacement for her.
You can change the sensor's sensitivity/reactiveness to touch in the phone settings.

Where did you read that ?
Numerous times in this thread has Google's own Help Centre page been linked and there it's always January 2022.

You have to not expect "Like New" for used.
I have bought phones used off eBay and CL and laptops off Frys and used cars.
I will say that the phones had issues (LG G2 GPS; screen scratches; battery drain) and the cars had issues or hidden damage (my last used had windshield fragments under the spare tire (didn't see them prior) and a leak into the spare tire well (water pooling; could be plugged sunroof drain).
Definitely, only buy with a return period unless you're just looking for parts or willing to accept the hidden issues.
Which car was this?
I'm familiar with this issue on a certain 2-door coupeā¦

Which phone did you trade your Pixel in for?

You're correct. I remembered wrong. Free uploads until Feb 2022.

Seems odd that it's still in stock after a few days but I think it's a bargain and worth the risk for $88
UDPATE, DO NOT BUY THIS> I just got my refurb and it's trashed, scratch on front and the screen is full of vertical bars. Not acceptable and now will see how good Daily Steals returns go with Paypal
P/s: can you let us know how the return goes. Thinking to get one more if they allow return on subpar phones
