This is the set that can be added to make it a three story house. It's currently $28.91, which is a deal compared to the list price of $39.95, but according to the triple camel site it has been cheaper in the last year. I just bought it in case the slickdeal causes a run on these and raises the price.

That's the MSRP. It's what Epoch suggests that it should be sold for in stores. And, this is the gift set version. It comes with extra stuff, like a doll, and furniture items that the normal version doesn't have.

The average price is definitely much, much, much higher than $35- just check CamelCamelCamel. Amazon just put this item on sale (as in discount) for $59. I've never seen it at $30 before this deal. It's never been that low on Amazon, ever. The used Amazon Warehouse price for a damaged item was $45 -- just read the Amazon reviews; several mention that and what a great deal they thought it was to snag one for under $50, even though it was damaged and used. Calico Critters an is an expensive toy line. This is an incredible price for this item. If you're regularly finding it brand new, undamaged at $30, I want to know where! I'll definitely shop there!
