The link takes you to the Milwaukee "buy more, save more" event. Basically you need to get your cart to around $600 (after the discount prices) so you can qualify for the $200 off $600 promotion, then you return the other items.
Step one is change your store to Fairfield California or store number 0637. Step 2 is make sure your cart is clear (other items in your cart can mess up your price) then add (Make sure they have the little "buy more save more" icon when you search for these items)
(1) Milwaukee M18 FUEL 16 in. 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Chainsaw (Tool-Only)
(1) Milwaukee M18 FUEL 120 MPH 450 CFM 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Handheld Blower Kit with 8.0 Ah Battery, Rapid Charger
(1) Milwaukee M18 18-Volt 1500 Lumens Lithium-Ion Cordless Rover LED Mounting Flood Light (Tool-Only).
That is 3 total items in the cart. You will see their discounted prices in the cart now and it shows the chainsaw for $168. Make sure on the checkout page they are ship to home (not pickup in store). Then you can return the 2 items you don't want at your local home depot and get the chainsaw for just $168.
The alternative is what I did. Add
1) Milwaukee M18 FUEL 16 in. 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Chainsaw (Tool-Only)
(1) M18 FUEL 8 in. Edger Attachment for Milwaukee QUIK-LOK Attachment System
(1) M18 18-Volt 4 Gal. Lithium-Ion Cordless Switch Tank Backpack Pesticide Sprayer (Tool-Only)
Some people have had success selling the blower battery for $100 and getting the blower also for $68.
Or you can get the M18 sprayer for $206 if you add the M18 chainsaw, M18 fan attachment and the M18 sprayer.

I'm sure they were in the $30-50 range before, now at $99+
Am I missing something as to why it's so expensive?

In some cases there is possibility of using one system battery with other system. M18 planer was never on sale and reviews were pretty bad so when Makita had deal at HD getting one much cheaper made me look for adapter (which available on Amz.n and fleabay ) which allowed me to use M18 batteries (up to 5.0 size because of design limitations) with Makita planer so the only thing extra is $20 cost of the adapter and space that it takes up.

Drill combo (not fuel)
Saw
Fan
Automated sprayer though, roybi for $75...when a manual pump is $65 ...totally worth it.
I'd like to have the milwaukie chain saw, but I don't need it.

No, I don't think you are.
On top of that, the SwitchTank system isnt compatible with the SwitchPack system used for drain snaking.
I could see some price justification if the system had other cool/revolutionary switchable features like maybe a vacuum, blower backpack.
The reviews online for the SwitchTank claim a lot of leaking tanks. I do NOT want pesticides on my butt unexpectedly.
Is that safe?
I just bought the planer for a small project and my understanding is professional carpenters don't love it because it doesn't have a 90 degree measurement capability, and the zero depth measurement to just take a saw blade off takes off too much.
I got the m18 planer for $169 on ebay in new or like new condition out of box, so overall was happy with price.

That's a great idea! One question though- How do you know how much pressure to put in? While pumping you'll feel resistance, with the air compressor...?
