After lots of feedback and some odd data we saw on our end, here's some additional recommendations:
Reminder: If you have other Cashback extensions DISABLE THEM - they could definitely try and claim credit for the transaction
Once you click 'Apply Now', complete the entire process at that time. This includes opening the account AND fully funding it with at least $125.
If you add $20 in one transaction and $105 in another, this may not track correctly. Deposit the full $125 all at once (recommend using the debit card option) to ensure your data tracks to us correctly
Not doing these things will at the very least delay processing your cashback and could potentially result in us not receiving your data as an eligible account.

Just wanted to pop in to say we're really excited to start using Slickdeals Rewards to handle these types of bonuses going forward. We've received a LOT of feedback around things that didn't work so well in the past with our rebates.
I actually did this process myself this morning to make sure it's working automatically and so long as you've installed our Extension and enrolled in Slickdeals Rewards it works seamlessly!

We apologize this is taking longer than expected. We are discussing this matter directly with Verizon and are hoping to hear an update soon. Thank you so much for your patience and continued support while we are trying to navigate through our Beta program. Please rest assured that we will follow up with you once the issue has been resolved.
1. Where do we track support requests? I go into the user panel, cannot find anything obvious, looks under Sent message etc. - does it NOT get tracked and go into a black hole? No email confirmation with the associated email either.
2. This is for the users: I suggest we start keeping a master list of all offers not honored. At a certain point the sheer volume will be way too embarassing for SD.
Finally it seems clear the interface of the site and the forum has gotten way too busy, the posts cluttered - AT the same time it's not even all specifically detailed, with phrases like "follow the prompts" instead of looking at key elements. (what if the button isn't green?)
I don't think Slickdeals is accounting for the negativity the lack of follow through and technical issues/poor user experience generates, in time this will hurt the business and is a growing force. It's not just all about money and perks. A lot has to do with the emotional experience of the consumer.

We not have a set date yet but we do not anticipate to end this promo any time soon. The reward process goes by the date in which you fund the account so as long as the deal is active when you fund the account that is all that matters.
and they denied the rebate. Total scam.

I just want to clarify per the deal post and instructions that this is not a rebate. This uses our new Slickdeals Rewards program that we're building out to provide cashback and never do another old-style rebate again. This is indeed automatic tracking so long as the steps in the deal instructions are followed.
