Hey All!

After lots of feedback and some odd data we saw on our end, here's some additional recommendations:

Reminder: If you have other Cashback extensions DISABLE THEM - they could definitely try and claim credit for the transaction
Once you click 'Apply Now', complete the entire process at that time. This includes opening the account AND fully funding it with at least $125.
If you add $20 in one transaction and $105 in another, this may not track correctly. Deposit the full $125 all at once (recommend using the debit card option) to ensure your data tracks to us correctly
Not doing these things will at the very least delay processing your cashback and could potentially result in us not receiving your data as an eligible account.

I switched to sofi through slickdeals and have had nothing but an excellent experience with them. I got my dd bonus almost immediately. I sound like a shill but I'm not, been with slick deals way before sofi. I don't think I'll ever bank with anyone else again. 2% cb credit card and interest on my checking, I'm with them for the long haul.

Tried doing this with Bank of America ach for payroll and it wasn't eligible. Needs to be payroll.

Sofi transactions, as well as any other order placed through Slickdeals, take 2-10 days to populate in our data and be visible in your account history. Therefore, it is possible that your transaction may be marked as ineligible during that time period.

If 10 days pass and this Sofi transaction is not listed in your account history as eligible, please create a ticket and we will look into that for you.

I wouldn't hold my breath for these rebates. Just another way for Slickdeals to pocket money.

Missing data isn't my fault when I followed all steps. So you want everyone to take video recording before doing such deals?

I am not worried about $75, it's the trust that was broken in this relationship. I wouldn't be surprised if my account now gets suspended for spreading awareness.

I see now that "Ineligible" as a Status is explained if you hover over the "STATUS" column (i) button that is on the Account History page, explains that a status of Ineligible = "You did not purchase a valid item for an offer". However, that is not the case for me as I followed all of these instructions to a tee (for both my SoFi Money account open and funding as well as my SoFi Invest account open and funding operations using the instructions in both of those promos on Slickdeals. An explanation of what the Status code like "Ineligible" means is not contained in the details of this promo (and in the details of the SoFi Invest promo) regarding what "Status: Ineligible" showing up in the Rewards Account History page and what that would mean to someone checking their account to see if the promo went through. It would be optimal to mention that in the details of each of the SoFi promo web pages to explain what "Status: Ineligible" means, for those checking their orders prior to a 10 day waiting period. The only mention of the word "ineligible" is seen in "Step 4: Do not close the SoFi Money window prior to confirming and funding your new account. Closing the window may make you ineligible for the $75 bonus." The only actual bonus that users receive for opening these two SoFi accounts, for these two active SD promos, comes from the Slickdeals Reward(s) that will be due to them if they follow all of the instructions in each promo, and to show "Status: Ineligible" for the Order Status text to the end user when they check their Rewards Order History, regardless of how early or late they check the status, it should never show a status of "Ineligible" in my mind if the wait period has not been reached, as you said 2-10 days is the normal wait period, if an order is in the waiting period as you say it should not be showing "Ineligible" for the actual Order Status if the wait period has not been reached, it should say something like "Status: In the 2-10 day waiting period" or "Status: In the waiting period", something to that effect, as it is not cool to show an end user Ineligible as a status just because they are checking their status too "early" at https://loyalty.slickdeals.net/overview. It sends the wrong message and prompts the user to think to need to create a ticket to deal with it. I have opened up a ticket in any case to get this resolved, as according to what I mentioned in my first sentence of this post the "Status: Ineligible" according to the Account History page, means "You did not purchase a valid item for an offer", and of course I did in both cases and I took screenshots of every step to prove it.

Perhaps you can also add something to the Rewards Account History (overview) web page just mentioned, to add a note there about what "Status: Ineligible" means to a customer that just spent good time opening and funding a bank account and then goes to check their reward too "early" like two days later to see "Ineligible" as a status, if there is no way for you to change the status to a better worded value on the backend.

Yes. WTF I just noticed this!!!!! Others were saying that they were able to cash out the full $75 back in July and now they changed it!!! The only option is to get the $50 paypal and then another $20 paypal and then get a $5 vanilla visa. Not sure how I am going to use the $5 vanilla card, but will have to figure something out. At least the deal actually worked so far. Now I am just hoping the extra $100 will work out as well.

For the Vanilla Visa Card, I just reloaded the balance onto my Amazon account. You could also use it on Amazon for e-gift card. Not that big of a deal for me since it's still free money.
