The TV is made by Hisense.Due to chip shortage prices are inflated. Is there a better deal for a 55" TV that will run Midian?

before everyone dumps on the op, my tv lost it's picture & I need help picking out an inexpensive tv also. I just know I want 55" smart tv. I have not had work in awhile, so price is important.

You might want to check out rtings.com for TV reviews. I am looking for a 50 or less, hopefully less, for a computer monitor/TV combination as mine went out on Wednesday night. Hard to work without a monitor. But rtings.com is a good place to start.

I got the 43" version of this TV and loved it. Shortly after a year I started getting screen flicker. It seems intermittent and does not happen every time. When it does, the TV is unwatchable. Usually goes away after 10 minutes. Wish I had bought a five year warranty. Sadly I remember when these were not necessary for a TV.

I don't see any reviews on rtings.com which recommends ones that cost $700+. I see this TCL in stock at my Wally World. Or is this one better?

I just bought one. I should be wearing reading.glasses, but it looks good to me after I adjusted the settings. This is my first smart TV so it's nice to add 29 more stations that my leaf antenna couldn't pick up. The sound is pretty good too. My 5 year old slashed the old 8ne with a sword so I won't feel as bad if this one breaks rather than spend $800+ on another.

It comes with a free Echo Dot Gen 3 for some reason. Wonder if we could return for $30 value or something??? I bought the TV and 5-year warranty ($80), so for a bit over $500 + $5 back in MyBestBuy rewards I'm happy with purchase. A few sites offer Cashback to sweeten the deal. Thanks.
