Good price for the 32gb kit, but CL18 and Single Rank are both really not great. If you're only going to be running 2 sticks of memory, you really want them to be dual rank so you get the full memory bandwidth available.

Isn't dual rank very rare now?

Yeah, I guess it is harder to find than it used to be. Gskill ripjaws are still dual rank, but who knows how long that will last since it's not an official spec. I guess 4x single rank is probably the way to go.
