I don't think so... but I could not find anything that shows this model had a touch screen. Pretty sure these were the models the districts were pushing to the kids with Covid. They couldn't even reliability allow the kids to work on Google classroom meets without tons of shuttering. Many parents gave up and used phones/tables/personal PC's because it was a nightmare.


Performance

Because of the significantly lower clock speed, the A4-9120C should be noticeably slower than the old A4-9120. AMD compares the A4-9120C with the Celeron N3350 in ChromeOS and sees a significant performance advantage for the A4. The efficiency however should be clearly worse as the A4-9120C is still manufactured in 28nm.

It says A4-9120, but it is actually the A4-9120C [notebookcheck.net]. Seems like a horrible buy compared to a Celeron N4020 if you need x86, and that MT8183C deal from a few weeks ago annihilates this.

This is best for older who likes to surf internet and watch movie and no crazy virus.
I got these for my parents and they loved it! Their phones too small for their eyes.

Get the warranty including accidental damage from HP. Tech support for Chromebook is not very good and does not have the diagnostic apps the HP PCs have. Had issue with mine not charging which magically disappeared on its own! However, could not find good answer from HP - via web or chat support.
