Agree, TU on deal for brand new from Amazon. I actually bought this same pair on some other SD FP deal for refurbs. I don't recall the exact price, but it was less than this... but not by a lot. That said, the refurbs I received were refurbed by Nikon and did look like brand new.
The above said, I didn't save THAT much vs this price, these new ones from Amazon likely have a better warranty, AND some of the other guys that got in on the refurb SD deal said their binoculars arrived with "stick stuff" on their binoculars. Also, just note with 10 power binoculars you get very good power and can see details from very far away, but the small/compact x25 lens size is limiting as far as light gathering ability.

How does this one compare with this $25 one with Limited-time deal: 10 x 50 Binoculars for Adults - Professional High Definition Large Field of View Binoculars for Bird Watching Hunting Wildlife Viewing Outdoor Sports Game and Concerts https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B08K8...UTF8&psc=1

Well, first of all - the ones in the OP are compact Nikon's and the one you linked to are full sized binoculars that are made by a Chinese no-name company. I'll take the compact Nikons over the ones you linked to any day. That said, the large 50mm objective lens SHOULD bring in more light and make them brighter in lower light.
Here's a review I found that seemed to sum up my thoughts on those generic binoculars:

Granted, these are inexpensive binoculars. But the reviews and the specs prompted me to give them a try. It's important to note that my intention was to keep these in the garage to check out the birds and wildlife around the house, so I didn't have lofty standards. Unfortunately, even at the low price point these seemed cheap. The focus adjustment was not smooth, and the eyepiece hardware was flimsy. Minimum focus distance was not great either. On the plus side, the lenses let in a lot of light and the image was reasonably clear. But the bottom line is they're just not that great of a buy. Even less so when the day after I bought them, they were listed with a 20% discount. Timing is everything. These went back the same day.
UPDATE 6/30/21: It is worth pointing out that since this review was posted I've received two emails from this seller offering me a $30 gift card to change my review to five stars.

Thanks for posting this. I'll give it a shot to see how much better this is compared to the cheaper knockoff I bought a couple months ago.
Please note this seems to be a sale initiated by Nikon. A few other places have this at the same price. So shop around if you have other preferred stores.

This review reminds me of NewEgg. I shopped there for years and was normally very satisfied with my purchases and gave good reviews for them. Then about 3 yrs ago I ordered and received a subpar item and gave my first Bad review there. Was shocked that someone from NewEgg contacted me and continually badgered me trying to get me to change my review to a positive one (don't recall now what the item was). After that I quit reviewing anything I purchased from their site (with exception to posting 2 or 3 positive reviews - With a comment how they tried to get me to change a previous review - and needless to say they wouldn't post those reviews). So I very I rarely shop there now unless they have a killer price on something I'm looking for. I spent a Lot of money at their site in yrs past but they changed that..

Forgot to mention that I actually ordered these binoculars a couple of days ago and they're supposed to arrive this afternoon. Hope they're good enough for general use. I'll test them out and post a review on them this evening or tomorrow.

Guaranteed - I have them and brought them on vacation in VA to the Shenandoah Natl Park. You can see very far away, during the day - quite clearly. There is definitely better glass out there, such as the Made in Japan Nikon, Zeiss, Leica, Pentax Made in Japan, etc... but for the money, size, and power - along with Nikon brand/reputation, these offer a very affordable sweet spot for compact binoculars.
Enjoy!

Don't have much to add except that I have a cheap name brand pair of 10x25 and an even cheaper Chinese pair of 12x42. For my purposes, ie standing on my hilltop porch looking at the city skyline once every six months, the cheaper pair is better because they have more magnification. If I wanted to really use them or use them more regularly, I'm sure I would have a different view.
