I use mine daily and haven't had an issue. My set is just shy of a year old.

Well, just pay attention that when they get dull that you replace them.

My wife found that out the hard way (with these knives no less) when she got in a fight with an onion and we wound up having to go get stitches.

Yep had mine two to three years now and they still look great and perfect and they get slammed and taken off a magnetic knife block everyday. I hand wash them and they have been just fine.
