I have a very similar desk to this build. Mine is a little bit wider and has a third top on the front piece for a mouse area. I purchased it because during the pandemic/lockdown, my wife and kids claimed all the desks we had, so I had to make a space for myself in our bedroom. While the build is cheap, it's fine for the money. You can use it as a standing desk, but be aware that it shakes/moves a lot when typing on it. You cannot change the height of the monitor section by yourself, if you have a very heavy monitor on it. It's a two person job.

The one thing I liked about it is I was able to use it as a "DJ" table with my laptop stand and laptop on the monitor section, while I plugged in my mixer and mouse on the keyboard/mouse section. I was able to move it downstairs by myself (because it's so cheap and light) and stream DJ dance parties for my kids' elementary school as PTA hosted Zoom parties during Halloween and Christmas.

I think it's worth if you need a desk in a pinch and it fits the dimensions you need it for. I still use my desk everyday and it's held up with daily use for over a year now.
