Depends on what you're drinking/eating and how often you brush and with what toothpaste.
1. Drink coffee , tea, soda etc everyday and it's going to stain quick. Strong dark Teas can do it in a week or month.
Otherwise with a good brushing regimen, toothpaste and avoidance of staining goods/drinks, the six months each treatment is good for.
2. Brush within 30 minute after each meal or snack?
Don't and you're just letting stains sit.
3. Toothpaste
Colgate Optic White
Hydrogen peroxide
Noticeable even without strips
....
Anyways, really good price on 1 year's worth!
(20 per half year for 1 treatment round)

read again. the one on amazon is only good for 22 treatments. You need 2 strips for 1 treatment. Have you ever used this before? Maybe you are one of those people who uses them only on your upper teeth OR lower teeth…
