The Amazon deal counts "strips". The Crest deal counts treatments. There are 2 strips per treatment (one upper and one lower).

Crest's website links to this so I would assume it's legit. Summer21 for an extra 15%. $41.60 after tax.

How long does the whiteness last?
Depends on what you're drinking/eating and how often you brush and with what toothpaste.

1. Drink coffee , tea, soda etc everyday and it's going to stain quick. Strong dark Teas can do it in a week or month.
Otherwise with a good brushing regimen, toothpaste and avoidance of staining goods/drinks, the six months each treatment is good for.

2. Brush within 30 minute after each meal or snack?
Don't and you're just letting stains sit.

3. Toothpaste

Colgate Optic White
Hydrogen peroxide
Noticeable even without strips

....

Anyways, really good price on 1 year's worth!
(20 per half year for 1 treatment round)

I've tried different whitening treatments including one my dentist sold me with trays and syringes full of what I assume was some kind of bleach. They all worked temporarily, but due to my heavy coffee drinking and things like tea and wine, that I'm not willing to give up, they never lasted very long, and the syringes left my teeth and gums sensitive. I started keeping a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide in the shower and after brushing, gargle and leave it in my mouth until I finish my shower. Seems to work pretty good. It's definitely not as white as the treatments, but it cost pennies each time. I also douse my toes before I get out to help prevent athletes foot and toe fungus. I liked it so much I bought a case of HP off Amazon. I go through a bottle in about 2-3 weeks. It's a cheap alternative.

Have you tried switching to sensodyne while whitening? it really does help with sensitivity

Yes they do. Effectiveness may diminish after expiration.

Anyone have experience with these? Do they actually "work"?
Yes, they do work. Take a pic of your teeth before you start, you'll see a very noticeable difference (well.. depending on how yellow your teeth are lol)

Yeah. They've improved the strips so they actually stay on your teeth now. Works much better than whitening toothpaste.

I've been told by a dental hygienist that peroxide treatment is more effective when done in succession (e.g. 1/day instead of 1/week). Also I HIGHLY recommend you buy some sensodyne to go with it, don't wait until your teeth are hurting
