Do not get an Intel Mac, especially at this price. For $300 more, the new iMac has a bigger screen, much narrower bezels, and most importantly the M1 processor. Intel Macs will rapidly lose support and be obsolete, not to mention they run slower and hotter.

Agreed. Would not touch it even at this price. The new iMac is also a redesign in form factor.
This is hilarious. A miserably tiny screen with inferior performance for $1,000? Honestly, these should be going for like $600.
Like was said, Intel historically has lost support from Apple after several years and I doubt this will avoid that trend. If you're determined to get one, at least buy the 27" with the dedicated GPU. Then you get a bigger screen AND the processing performance for editing.

Heck I probably wouldn't recommend this at $500.
