Alternative uses when your kiddo outgrows it:

1. Hotwheels or play balls rolling down the slide or even when in storage mode but laying flat
2. Splash slide in the inflatable / wading pool
3. This one contributed by my nephew - drag it to the kitchen and climb up to reach cookie jar hahaha
4. Cute photo op of siblings/ cousins sitting in a line on the slide - caption with 'Slide-ly Childish Together'
5. Sell for 10$ when you are done with it

Yeah this thing is useless. I got my 1 yr old a 10 ft slide. She fell off the side and child services took her away. Now I don't have a child to worry about.

I know this is very small (a recurring complaint in reviews, but what do you expect from a toddler's 'first' slide?!).

Even though my 1yo will outgrow this in few months, if this releases the kiddo's pent up energy(especially in unfavorable weather to hang out in backyard) and lets me do my chores for 15 mins a day, I'd take it for less than 20$. Lol.

2 feet tall and 3 feet long. My 13 month old is 2 feet tall. He'd almost be able to touch the bottom of the slide from the top! How could this possibly be fun for any kid? Dumbest thing ever
You'd think so. But kids come up with their own inventive ways to play with stuff. My 1yo likes climbing on everything including those 1.5ft high activity tables, couch, Tonka trucks, my sleeping self, lol and what not. I bet there are kids who can spend half an hour just going up and down this thing whether or not it has that rush of going down a slide from a height.

For folks complaining about the size, it's enough for a 1 year old. He finds this part of the obstacle course inside the house and slide down often when he get to the spot. Gives him joy for a few minutes each day and it's worth it in my opinion. My friend's 2 year old still like to slide down this. She slides down with legs up in the air. I can't find anything better or easier to fold up to use indoor and for that reason this is perfect.

It's odd but some kids have imagination and use things for multiple purposes. I suspect that this might work for rolling things down. I've seen kids roll their cars down slides and even balls. And maybe even some parents might buy this for their first child and save it for future children, getting use of it with multiple kids. I've seen them then at garage sales and Craigslist for $10-$20 and they get snapped up, making this pretty inexpensive. I'm sure others can see ways that this gets used and provides more value than for six months of sliding until the intended kid gets big and burly like yours. But I'm uninterested in thinking of more uses.

Look up the last post. This will not last you long.

"This is very tempting for the price but resist the urge. Your kid will outgrow this in a snap. Instead get the Large slide. Yeah it's a lot more expensive at $100 but it will last for years and years. We've had one that's been out in the Florida sun for 7 years and it's still fine. This one you'll chuck to the side of the road in a few months if it doesn't break first. "

For what it's worth, my 3-year-old (who's about 38" tall) was having fun on this exact model at a friend's house this past weekend. I think a 1-year-old could get a year or more of use out of it pretty easily.

My 3.5 and 2yo love this slide. My son is 40" tall and he still slides down this thing daily. Be happy these are avail because during covid these were impossible to find and very overpriced.
