It's really just an obligatory warning these toy companies have to slap onto everything. I have one of these for my 2 year old. The toy is huge! Marshal, the smallest part of the toy, couldn't possibly fit in a infant/toddler's mouth... much less the bike. Only thing that's small enough to choke on is something you're supposed to throw away: there's a small plastic clip that attaches the wheely stand to the packaging.. remove it and toss it. Seriously, your toddlers are more likely to choke on their own tongues than this toy.

FYI, this does seem to be a great price, however, it looks like it's currently not in stock, as it shows that it is, "In stock soon. Free delivery Tuesday, September 14th." Which is almost 2 months away.
