We have an acquaintance that works at Samsung in Plano, TX who a few months ago said that they'll use the chip shortage as the reason not to come out with a new Note but that they already have no intention of doing anymore work on future Note phones. The chip shortage is just a convenient excuse to consolidate the phone lines.

Kind of sad to be honest, I LOVE the Note series. I've had a 4, 8 and now 10+. I guess it's going to be a while till I upgrade again. In all honesty I use the stylus very little, I mainly like the square-ish shape larger screen/battery and the spec bump they usually received.

have you actually held one and played with it. I have always had notes. The second I picjed it up and opened it, I was in love.. It's not unmanageable at all but looking at that size screen makes you realize that this really will be useful.. I believe once you use it, you'll never look back..

Im sure they are nice but way too much for phone and to delicate. I'll see what Sammy does in spring if bring back note. But I'm set on pixel for this year.

If you go to Best Buy, you can do better. I was offered an unlocked 256 with my trade in of a Note 10+ for 1050. This is $40 cheaper then Samsung with Ed discount. The trade in is instant and you get the 200 certificate from Samsung. If I wanted to buy from ATT it was 400 BB discount and $1000 ATT discount and you still hot 200 from Samsung. So basically $400 plus you get 200 for credit.

I'm so tired of all of the different phones. Can someone just tell me the Android phone that will let me play my games, listen to my music, take good pictures and occasionally be dropped in a sink full of water? Must have a dang SD card slot. My S9 is getting a bit grumpy with me and needs replaced.
