I just got this same monitor from the previous SD at Target for the same price. I like it a lot. It was not my primary montior though, it was a secondary to my Samsung 27" G7 240hz monitor. I didn't like having a flat secondary monitor next to the G7's extreme curve and grabbed this when it came on sale. It's a nice monitor for THIS price range.

PROS
-Price is very very good for these specs
-27" 1440p @ 144hz
-Color is solid
-Curve is nice
-No ghosting that I could tell, but it was used as my secondary monitor so no games on it.
-Fast startup
-Freesync

CONS
-HDR sucks
-No gsync
-No side usb ports (I wouldn't use anyways, but some might)
-External power brick

THINGS TO NOTE
-Curve did not match my G7 (not monoprice fault)
-Starts up as fast as my G7
-Try not to compare it too much to the G7 as that monitor costs 3x as much, so it's not a fair comparison.
-Mine was vesa mounted, so I cannot comment on the stand, never removed it.
-PC Specs: i9-10850k & RTX 3090

Having said all of that... I am actually returning the monitor because the G5 27" was on sale for $269 and I want it to match my G7. Had that sale not occurred, I would have happily kept this for my secondary monitor.

Any pros/cons? I'm guessing this is just a cheap generic gaming monitor. I just recently got a 3060, so looking to upgrade my monitor, worth it?

This monitor seems to have slightly different specs compared to the 27" zero-g curved monitors previously posted on slickdeals. The response time, the contrast to name a few. And this monitor has zero reviews on their website even though it's been around for many years. Could this be a slightly updated model or new product number?

Monoprice monitors have been pretty good. I've got a 35" UWQHD, 100hz (upto 120hz, reality I got it to 118hz). Had it for 9 months. Many MP displays use Samsung screens, not all.
Excellent customer service, they do have a pixel perfect guarantee (which I have yet to try), though I did buy open box; absolutely no issues and love the screen/size/build. OSD is a bit quirky, but that's it.

I bought the 32 inch last year and wasn't impressed. The 144hz is nice but the colors and graininess are rough.

Bought one in June. Very impressive, especially considering the price.

This particular monitor doesn't have the best specs for gaming.

I bought one of their 35" 3440x1440 ultrawides, very pleased. I had very poor customer service (a week to get a BS reply) regarding how my particular model does not support VESA mount due to design issue, but the monitor itself on a traditional stand is very pleasing.

According to Rtings, some OLEDs have a response time of around 2ms or lower. Although 6ms is still really good.

Yep, I'm spoiled by my 1ms. You will notice a 6ms vs 1-2ms.

I bought one last year with similar specs and different product id which no longer exists on their site.
"40773 Monoprice 27in Zero-G Curved Gaming Monitor - 1500R, 2560x1440p, QHD, 144Hz, DisplayHDR 400, AMD FreeSync, VA".
Maybe it's the same model?

I'm not a monitor professional, but cons for me are that it takes 5-10 seconds to display once signal is received (feels like an eternity) and has noticeable ghosting when I play Path of Exile.

Pros: colors are great compared to my Dell IPS 16M color counterpart. Also I was able to enable Gsync on it with my 1060 GTX on Windows 10.
