I cannot stress enough. I am 6'4 and my wife is 5'1. We got a travel ecosystem for 2 cars when our first was born in 2014. My back gets sore, it's too low for me. We eventually got a double stroller with a height adjustable handle and it's infinitely more comfortable to use though heavier.
You want a adjustable height handle.

On the pricier end. But it has adapters for all different brands of carseat. We personally use a uppababy mesa seat with the mockingbird.
