One of the reviewers says it's not stainless steel because it hugs magnets.
I thought 18/0 stainless steel is magnetic so that means the reviewer doesn't prove his/her point.
One review says that they rust earlier than you would like. I think 18/0 stainless steel is more prone to rust (which doesn't make it worse, just different).
