GPs bought one for my daughter yesterday. I can verify that they do indeed have available what seems to be a "raver" line. Very scantily clad and removable clothing.

I'm not sure if it is by design (I know most plastic toys like this have a tiny hole), but they can suck up and expel water through their crotch. She used it to "pee" in her mother's coffee cup.
