Do these work OK for gaming with PS5/PC? Are there any low-latency modes?

I had the little in-ear Sonys but returned them because latency was terrible even when trying to watch Youtube on my PC.

I almost pull the trigger on this to use for conference calls, until I read so many negative reviews on amazon said this headset is not good for phone call.

What the hell is eBay doing? Why would this be a targeted code? What advantage does eBay gain by only allowing certain accounts to use the code versus the frustration and anger it causes the folks who can't use it? Makes no sense to me, and obviously I'm in the camp that can't use it.
