Regarding the TGP of the RTX 3070 on this model, don't confuse it with 100W TGP of 85W TGP + 15W with dynamic Boost (in ROG Zephyrus Series) or 105W (85W TGP + 20W with Dynamic Boost) in Gigabyte Aero 15 and some of the Aorus 15 models. During combined CPU + GPU load, neither of those cards can reach their max TGP or 100W or 105W but mainly operates on around 90W in most of the times.

This Acer model was initially released with a 85W TGP + 5W with Dynamic Boost for RTX 3060, RTX 3070 and RTX 3080 models but the recent Bios Update for AN515 (15.6") and AN517 (17.3") has updated the TGP of RTX 3080 and RTX 3070 to fix 100W and 95W for the RTX 3060. The Dynamic Boost is just 5W on top of that. This will perform better than those 85W TGP GPU as here the GPU can maintain 100W without any dynamic boost.

UltraBook Review has the review of the RTX 3080 model. However, that time, it was limited to 85W. You can check that out.

Thank you. Seems like this model is just released recently so hardly there is any review on this.

Can this be upgraded with an NVMe drive?

When I go to the website this is all I see for specs:

Windows 10 Home
AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800H processor Octa-core 3.20 GHz
NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3070 with 8 GB dedicated memory
15.6" Full HD (1920 x 1080) 16:9 144 Hz
16 GB, DDR4 SDRAM
512 GB SSD

512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD + Empty M.2 Slot + 2.5" Bay

What does the above means in the specification section? It has two M.2 slot supporting NVMe SSD with one populated with the current 512GB SSD. You can replace that and you can add another one in the empty slot. Plus you can add another 2.5" HDD or SSD.

Where did you get that spec? I searched and didn't see it on the acer site.

Then dig a bit deeper and extend your search outside Acer site. In fact, in this thread only, I have mentioned the name of the review site. Why don't you check that out?

Any example of a QHD 165Hz display or 240 Hz 1080p Display with a RTX 3070 at this price?

Searching nvme on the pcgamer site has nothing, either.
I don't know why you can't just give a straightforward answer on where you copy pasted that spec from.

I'm not sure why it is so hard for you to just check 5-6 previous posts instead of insisting for spoon feeding. I have done my research before posting it, not just copy pasted which looks like your thing.
