I get the review but this is one of those products that just works if it works....its not a fancy brand or features and one lacking feature if you need it that's missing and will cost more is the adjustable height arms. Not that this cant be done but requires an Allen key (included) each time vs the hydraulic that can be done with the press of a lever.
