The offer won't show up unless you are on the latest version of the Apple TV app (1.000.009). When I downloaded it I got an older version and wasn't shown the offer and just logged in. I then logged out, quit the app and ran it again. At that time, the app wanted to update so I did so. After that the offer showed up and I could select it, log in and claim the 6 months free.

I can't redeem the Target promo (yet) cuz I'm still on my 1-year free Apple TV+ trial membership that doesn't expire until this October. Good to know that I have until July 2022 to redeem the PS5 one so I'll just stack that on top of the Target one once October 2021 arrives.
