The front brake scares the crap out of me. I have an older m365 that still hauls me around. Its amazing the battery's are still good in it.

Agreed. I have an M365 and its great for what i use it for. I'd like to give it to my son and upgrade, but my M365 is comparable in stats. Goes 16mph with my fat ass, This is 18.6, but with me it will probably be back 16.

The LP isn't a successor... The G30P was revised with a gen2 motor that performs better, and keeps top speed below 80$.

The LP is a smaller scooter with significantly less range.

there is a big difference from this model to the g30p like built in charger and more range in the g30p

How is this compared to the Hover-1 Nighthawk scooter, which was $250 on walmart.com weeks ago. The only complain about that was it was super heavy to carry around. How about this one?

I rode an M365 for about 2 years. Loved it. Got the Max. Immediately it made the M365 feel like a toy. It was crazy. This is much bigger, and heavier, but built like a tank. I've had for about 6mo now and it still looks and operates like new.

Just watched a comparison video and this one has a much shorter range than the original Max. To me, that's the entire point of Max model so not sure why anyone would choose this one.

I have the ES3 and I love it, think ES3 is enough for any normal people, YouTub and see how to hack it a bit then you can also speeding it at 20 mph, which is like the MAX here. Love it

Why's that? Is it because drum brakes are an older tech than disc brakes? The M365 was my first scooter and currently own a Max G30. The front drum brakes on the Max are much better than the discs in the rear of the M365. When stopping, weight transfers forward. That's where you want most of your stopping power. If your physical brake is on the rear, you're more likely to slide out.
