Good prices, but wish they'd update the 4K stick already. Three years old and still using the old remote, where as the basic firestick has already been updated with the new remote. Frown
Also, at $23, might be worth it buying the basic Firestick just for the new remote. Which can then be used with other recent Fire TV devices. They want to charge $30 for the remote by itself. Stick Out Tongue

I have 3 firetv stick 4k's and I would have recommended them in a heartbeat 6 months ago. I would advise you to stay away now. They have updated it so many times that it is harder to find anything you want and it is now painfully slow to use. There are so many ads that load on the Home Screen it takes nearly a minute to even load your profile.

I gave up on the echos as well once they started sending out ads as notifications. Alexa barely registers what you say anymore unless you shout at her, and half the time it still doesn't understand what you want. Connected smart devices just drop all the time and become unusable.

Location in a room and even objects in the room or house layout can affect the mic's. It drives me nuts that sometimes my echo dot 3 in another room sometimes responds before my echo 4 does when I am in the bedroom with it. I guess the hallway next to where I sit amplifies the sound into the next room.
