I was tempted to pick up one of the induction pressure washers, but the overwhelming reviews of terrible customer support changed my mind. Still a decent discount if you want to take the risk. Seems like buying at Lowes would be a better option with their reputation.

Definitely a gamble with their CS. I ordered and wanted to swap out an item immediately after I placed the order and they said they would cancel but shipped all items. So now I am stuck with an additional item I don't want even though I emailed and called them immediately after. Good luck getting through on the phone. I was caller number three and after 30 minutes I was caller number two.... I gave up.
