Totally nice set with cute design. No idea why it's posted as a 'deal' now. As mentioned been this price actually for several years now, most of the time. it's never going to be "rare" because it's been available for years. But it's a nice train and can be motorized if you add the stuff for that (not included).

If you don't already have one I'd say go get one. It's likely to be discontinued soon since it's been out for a few years. If you have kids into Harry P it's great to get started, but be aware if you want to run it as a train you'll need to buy another train set or a bunch of tracks & power stuff (which will cost you more than a full Lego train set) to actually make a running train.
