Just went to the box and bought some at the kiosk - a promo popped up for $1.99 off the purchase of another movie after inserting payment method, so I basically got BOGO. Great deal!
I've gotten Blu-ray cases for cheap at the Dollar stores. I've still got a video store in town and they sell them for cheap too.
A google of 'DVD covers' or 'blu-ray artwork' let's me print out any title.

Interesting.. so you didn't buy/reserve via online or app? You went straight to kiosk and bought there?

Gah, I just noticed one of the discs I bought has a crack in it and isn't readable. Seems like redbox customer service for non-playable discs is normally for rentals. Might I be out of luck?

I've called Redbox a few times and their Customer Service was always very helpful in the past.
Stolen/missing game, the box was 'Out of Order" on a 9pm return and defective Rental discs. They always tried to made it right for me.
