I just bout that Catherine Full Body the other day..3 copies…I collect…all gutted open new copies…none of them sealed. Just wait until Amazon or Best Buy price match or call online or go into Best Buy and price match now.

Never trust Gamestop to send you sealed unless your in a store, then you can just cancel and return immediately rather than wasting my time and energy. I will open some Federal complaints and State ones about Gamestop for this practice. This BS is getting ridiculous; selling "New" games open and have the nerve to have a return policy that says they can refuse returns when something has sealed or plastic removed lmao.

Interesting. Ive bought dozens of brand new games from them, including three Cathrines too, and never had any issue other than one time the package came beaten up and the came case was cracked. They quickly sent me another and I sent the other one back. No problem and wasnt their fault.

do it! Same thing happened to me with smt nocturne 3 HD. Never will buy from gamestop again unless its an exclusive amiibo.

I have purchased 5 different new games in the last month and only 2 of them came sealed. The other 3 were missing shrinkwrap. Not even a sticker put on the case to seal it like I have seen them do in store. I have never had this happen before when buying new games from them online, so seems to becoming more and more common. I believe they are shipping directly from stores now that have the stock, so this is happening more often.

Personally I don't care as long as the game comes looking brand new and isn't damaged. If I had to return a game though, I could see that becoming an issue.

Is does not matter who you complain too, vote with your dollar. Anyone who has ever shopped with gamestop knows they do this, it's not a secret, and they have always been doing it. You don't like that it might happen to you? Don't shop there, period. Yelling to the sky that they cheated you because they had a good deal and/or you bought 20 copies because you collect or sell them doesn't change a thing....that's on you for buying from them in the first place.
Think of Gamestop as a back alley drug dealer....they might have what you want for a cheap price, but don't be surprised if you get shot......

Same experience with Megamax x/zx collection. Ordered sealed product, game came unwrapped with a clear sticker over the case making it so you can't open it. No clue if the game has been used, no clue if any inserts or codes are missing, and if you open to check.. then welp it's not "new" anymore.

fark Gamestop. Honestly the shittiest gaming retailer by a large, large margin.
