It suspect it is a derating for warranty reasons than a component change. It is a drastic step because that was one of their well advertised features. Or somebody found the original rating was overstated.
But whatever the reason the lack of transparency makes them join the list with Adata for me of brands to avoid. Unless, I find another pricing mistake for a steal like this one…
