If you are using this to clip bags (i.e. tortilla chips, partially opened items etc), i just use binder clips. They are a lot stronger and cheaper. This is a 24 pack for the same price. https://www.amazon.com/ACCO-Binde...014&sr=8-7

Such a small purchase, but getting these has been great to have around the house. I use them all the time for open bags in the pantry.

Those are a good deal, but they are missing the magnet you can use for example to stick them on the refrigerator and have them very accessible. Honestly, it would be good to have both types.

Anybody used them side by side with the Ikea clips and care to comment which is better? We have been using Ikea ones for 4 years now. Overall useful, but if the bag has a lot of bunched up folds (like from a warehouse club size tortilla chips bag), it starts to bend in the middle to accommodate the volume. I'm not sure the grip keeps the air out as much as it could.

We use these as food package clips

Cheaper

WAY Stronger holding

For bigger bags we just use 2-3 clips

Not plastic, won't break

Amazon Basics Binder Paper Clip,... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074XTRX7K

Bought a ton and gave it out to family and friends.

The medium size is perfect.
