I picked it up on the last (cheaper) deal and highly recommend it. Mine came with a refurb battery but the mower itself looked unused. It's so light you definitely don't need the self-propelled version and it's very easy to set up, adjust and pack away vertically. Cuts really nice too but I've only used it in fairly dry conditions.

Mine came with the 6ah. Cuts about 4500 sq ft of Turf with 2 or 3 bars left. It does not stripe well, or generate enough lift with the mulching blade to give a highly manicured cut, but for what it it, it does a pretty good job.

Doesn't look like it includes the charger. Only a battery of unspecified size. The $249 kit from HD includes a 6ah battery and a charger... and it's new.
